If a user requires support for their individual configuration (e.g. transmitting logfiles / protocols or files or remote maintenance via Remote Desktop*) 25 USD per 0,25 h* (incl. VAT for European customers) will be charged.

* Windows XP Remote Desktop or RealVNC.
