FAQ #7100: "An internal check has found that not all recently installed Calling-Us files fit the last installes version. Your computer is being restarted."

Reason: Most likely you have just installed a service pack - and you have chosen the wrong service pack for your Calling-Us version.

Solution: In that case you need you download a different service pack. Pay special attention to chose the correct Calling-Us version! You will find the version name of your installed version on the Calling-Us CD or your invoice.

Background: There are different Calling-Us installations: Calling-Us Demo, Standard/Personal, VOICE, FAX and Professional. The individual prgam files of these installations are completely different and they have different functions. Therfore, it is absolutely necessary to prevent mixing files from different installations. Thus Calling-Us checks the cosistency of the installation at every start. If problems are found the present installation is considered invalid.
